AWA Art Mansions is a new brand for the design, development and construction of exclusive residences for the LATAM and Florida markets, in the USA. It arises from the strategic alliance between two brands of consolidated prestige in the high-end architecture sector, a multi-award-winning architecture studio such as Apa Arquitectura - directed by Architect Alejandro Apa -, together with the construction and development company Zona Zero -whose owners are Germán Lohrmann and Francisco Jorge-, guaranteeing a result of the highest quality. .

AWA Art Mansions is developing projects in Miami and completing important residencies in Argentina and the region. Two of his first projects - The Helix and Panorama houses - recently obtained international distinctions Americas Property Awards.
