Together with his multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, interior designers and landscapers, he has developed more than 1,500 projects, more than 500 built works, amounting to a total of 400,000 residential m2. This makes it a recognized design brand, one of the most prestigious in Argentina, with international projection.
With a background in engineering, a traveler and athlete, Germán is passionate about everything he undertakes. Obsessive about details, results and processes. In 1996 he joined an automotive company, reaching manufacturing management. He studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Luján, and then worked in a family construction company (COINCI) as a project leader. In 2005 he founded Zona Zero where his most influential areas are finance, business generation and implementation of processes to optimize resources.

Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in 1992, he founded his first studio called ARQ1 in 1993 and then created Zona Zero together with Germán Lohrmann (2005). His passion and experience for the mountains is reflected in the management of all the areas where he works with perseverance, focus, resilience, effort and contemplation. In 2020 he obtained the Coach Title, currently working at the “Oficios” foundation, directing a course for Entrepreneurs.
